Cultivating Intersectional Leadership
A journey for transmuting white supremacy and patriarchy—within and between us.
This isn’t a DEI training. It’s an invitation to return to yourself.
To lead, live, and connect without replicating the very systems we long to transform.
We’re not here to perform our values. We’re here to practice them.
In a time of political fear, social unraveling, and institutional betrayal, this work calls us inward—so we can move outward with clarity, compassion, and courage.
Join a growing rhythm of people who are building capacity for real change: not just in policies or language, but in presence, power, and relationship.

What’s Possible
By journeying through this course in an active and committed way, you open the door to transformative impact, shift, and change. What you get out of this course is directly related to how you show up in it, and the level of intention and integration you offer. At the end of this course, the following possibilities exist:
A deeper understanding of the importance, in these times, of centering race;
An ability to hold broad mindfulness about historically oppressive social constructs as a means to be a whole and complete person;
A capacity to perceive and unpack social inequities, without isolating yourself or others;
An orientation toward exploring how interconnectedness bolsters your ability to advance personal and professional relationships by uplifting those around;
The skill to engage yourself and others authentically and inclusively;
Deeper ability to engage in healthy and anti-oppressive inter-racial relationships;
Increased capacity to unpack internalized oppression and/or internalized supremacy, imposterism, and limiting beliefs;
Deepened awareness of Individual Identity Development;
An analysis of the ways that whiteness and anti-Blackness are present in yourself, the relationships around you, your community, and institutional systems;
The ability and will to move collectively and respond with collective support, even if your attention is in one particular arena of interest. Intersectional Leaders avoid the “Oppression Olympics” of focusing on binaries or a “battle of the social inequities.”
